6 Small Sketches

Hello everyone..I know it’s been a while since I have posted something about my sketches..

So here are Six Small Sketches that I’m gonna share with you all..

So, let’s get started!

Art is freedom,

Being able to bend things most people see as a straight line

~Unknown

The best thing about art is that:

“Art has no rules”

That’s one of the reasons why I love art so much!.

Tell me your opinions in the comments and suggest what should I make next.

Till then,

Have an awesome day readers!

Best wishes☺

Challenging & Improving through Art

Many people work in the field of logical reasoning, analytic skills, financial fields.

This logical reasoning and and analytic calculation activate only your right side of your brain.

Rest your Right Side of your Brain

Taking a break from using your right side of your brain, rest it and perform art to activate the left side. This will balance the use of both sides of brain and help activitate the creative side.

Challenge Yourself

For artists, you should challenge yourself by trying new mediums, trying different strokes and methods, create your own idea of art, like picasso introduced “cubism”. It was his own style of painting and sketching.

Analytics and Art

Along with analytics, art and creativity is also important for a human being, waking the left side is also important, otherwise your left side will not work after some point of time.

Benefits for mental health

Suprisingly, it also helps in improving mental health, some one suffering from anxiety and stress (about what I mentioned in this post) can improve their mental health by drawing or doing any thing creative. It will distract your mind and help develop and improve creative skills.

So, this has a lot of benefits if someone tries.

From relieving stress to developing creative skills, art is for that!

Even singing and specially dancing can improve mental health and develop creative skills.

So Go for it!

Get yourself an Art dose, join an art class just as a hobby (if you wish too) or do something at home.

Work. Create. Enjoy

Have a great day readers!!☺

Will power and Art

Hello guys!!

As you know about the topic I’m going to talk about which is Will power and Art”

Few days back I was reading a post- the link is here. So I read about will power and I thought of posting about this..

So, why do you think will power is important? Tell me your opinions in the comments..

(P.S. There is a sketch in the end)

“Where there is a will there is a way

Its a popular quote and her post title is also that only, but suprisingly this statement is actually true. It’s not just a statement its a truth.. that’s why in this case excuses don’t work.

Will power & Art

Will power is what we need whether its creating an artwork or exercising early morning..

“You don’t find will power, you create it”

Without will power nothing works!!

Will power can create anything you desire, it can make anything possible, it’s just you have to be willing to do it.

So, I thought why not create something on this powerful topic.

So here is an artwork for Will Power:

Colours of Nature

Nature is beautiful isn’t it? What is about nature which is most appealing?

Umm, its shapes? Objects? Rainbows? Waterfalls?

The answer is “Colours”.

So, here are some of my captures showing different colours and things in nature.

“There is no better designer as nature

~Alexander McQueen

Let’s get started!☺

Have a great day!!☺

“Art exists because life is not enough

I hope you know about the glass pencil, it is the pencil which is used to mark/draw on glass.. (as the name suggests). It comes in two colours- Red and White.

So, it was really nice experience doing with a glass pencil on a black sheet..

Every Artist should try this! It is great!

So, here are some works which I made today with the white glass pencil..

“I make art to show my soul that I’m listening”

Still Life with “Oil Pastels”

Hello Folks!☺

“Art is where work meets love”

Oil pastels are not as good as soft pastels, but they are good for beginning the practice of using crayons..Before starting with use of soft pastels, you should use oil pastels..

So here I am with some of still life done with oil pastels.

I have made fruits with Oil Pastels. So here you go:

Other works by Oil Pastels:

Fly High!

My mind captured the memories, wanted to fly high in the sky. Willing to cross by,

The pain which reaped the soul, my pieces scattered which was once a whole.

but my feet remained on the ground, to see a chance around,

To heal the soul and bring back the happiness which was gone for a while

which took me long miles…

Art with “Soft Pastels”

Hello guys!!

There was a 6 days break…But here I am today to show you artworks with “Soft Pastels”.

I really love doing work with soft pastels, as the name suggests soft pastels are really soft and its fun to make artworks with it..

Quick tip for Soft pastels:

1. Use butter paper and cover the sheet after you create one so that it doesn’t get smudged after some time.

2. Use a spray (Used on works with “Soft pastels” so that it is fixed and colours are not mixed with each other. The name of the spray is Camlin Kokuyo Artists Fixative Spray – 200 ml.

Ok! So here you go :

Parrots are so beautiful!

“Art should Disturb the Comfortable, and Comfort the Disturbed

So, here were some of my artworks with soft pastels. Tell. me your opinions in the comments! Would really love to know!! And Thank you for all your love and stopping by my blog!

Have a lovely day!!
